Not for me.
I am not into diets slimming does not interest me and most products on the market only make people end up ill, lifes too short to denige yourself the pleasure of food. Unless you are excessively over weight forget it.
I was very slim when i was young and it took me many years to gain much weight now i do not care i am happy the way i am. I have grown out of thinking that looks are the begin and end of all.
