We all ,even Christians ask whats it all for at times,we get our good days and our not so good,we never get to understand why so much suffering in the world, and a big question many in this western world ask is why when they see poverty in places like Africa there are smilling faces more than you will ever find among the rich.

Soon after i had turned of my computor last night the wind dropped and there was a heavy down pour of rain lasting for a short time but horrendous for those few minutes. Then all was calm and i sat and drank my wine in peace and watched a bit of tv.read my precious book,guess which one. I had a moment or two of feeling scared when the wind howls i do not like it atall and i do pray.

Another rough night for us in Uk. wind is getting up again here and the weather forecast says 80 mile an hour winds are to hit us again tonight. Roofs have blown of homes in parts of the country and a lot of trees have come down already.
The tops of the trees outside are swinging around like mad and the electrics flash on and of ,its quite eiry, think tonight i will have a glass of wine and go to bed will not be able to get the tele on anyway and i will probably be up again if the wind gets too bad.
Not much sleep for most of us here in Uk. last night the wind did its best to rip of roof tiles and bring down trees. I have some very big trees near my cottage and the wind howled through them like a roaring tide. My little dog shuffled around all night, very restless.

Bloghi seems to be in the spotlight only not the way most of us like. There was me thinking this was a free country,democratic they call it, not so any more, even those of us who are harmless if we speak out too much we are stopped. Whatever its about does not matter. Thing is we do not always realize how much we are giving away when we speak out,we speak out about things that could knock the rich man right of his throne because if people know the truth they may profit no more.

I am never alone i always have the little gremlins on my site watching over me trying to mess up every thing i do,not just on my site but following me around my computor, how sad that they have no more imagination than to mess other people about,no doubt they will be on other computors too, some times going unnoticed until some thing gives them away. Its near impossible to open your computor to people with a website or blog without getting unwelcome visitors some times.

I think there is a lot about the bible that is the same today, for a start the nature of man shows to be the same. Many will reckonize themselves in Peter and the other disciples, when the crunch came how many of us would stand up and say that we were a friend of this man called Jesus who was being arrested ,spat at, insulted, and threatned with death.

The power of prayer is strong but praying without faith is a waste of time and faith is a blessing from god that is given to us because we have earned it being loyal servents. Calling on god when you are in trouble,when the ship is about to sink, is like calling on some one you have ignored all your life then knocking on there door to ask to borrow some money, you know what you would get.

. I envied those who were sure about god like my friend Cynthia she was a bit older than me, only by about four years but i think she had more sense than i had. When she said she was to join a Convent i was surprised, she had trained as a nurse and was now a fully qualified State Registered Nurse who had the promise of being next in line for staff nurse.

Here in the Uk. today is mothering Sunday a special day for all of us mums and so it should be, we deserve it. I had my lunch cooked for me which was delicious and a big bunch of beautiful flowers, unfortunately they had to go outside because they triggered my ashma but i placed them where i can see them..

When i was a child i had a thing about water in the way that i thought of it as a mirical thing, when i was ill i believed by drinking clear water i would be better and yes it did make me feel better. But i knew that thoughts like this made me different from most kids even though i did not tell other kids my thoughts i knew this sort of thing was not there way of thinking,most kids like most adults take every thing for granted and water is never so short in this modern world of ours that we need to worry about it. As for water being a mirical substance they would never think of that. I was not brought up as a catholic so there was nothing significant in my religion like that,(holy water).
