   0ne day at a time.

starting today all good things are coming to me.

I am glad to be alive.

I see beauty all around me.

I live with passion.

I will take time to laugh and to play.

I awake with energy for a new day.

I will focus on all that is good.

I will give thanks for life.

I will feel joy in abundance for life.

I am free to love and be loved.

I will not allowe evil to touch me nor

hurtful words and deeds to spoil my day.
