Why anything?

   Why do people write blogs? Is it because it makes us feel more important, is it because we are lonly isolated people with no real friends?. Is it that some can hide behind a screen and pretend to be what there not?.

  How important is what we have to say,does anybody care what we say?  Are we people screaming out for attention but too shy to literally shout out so we use this method.?  What are we, who are we? 

 Is there a certain kind of person that writes blogs?  Myself i write a blog because i enjoy writing and can nearly always think of some thing to gabble on about and dont much care wether anybody reads it or not but its so nice if they do.      When you do not get out much its a way of communicating with the world ,when you reach a certain age you will notice there is not many places to go .

  Some people start a blog with a few words and thats it why do they bother atall if its so difficult to keep up i wonder, maybe its there small mark on life a sort of carving on a tree like saying this is my place, i was here. 

  I sort of see my blog as being at home.  I have some thing to say and its nice to share thoughts.                                                       Why do we do anything?

  1. Hi ya, that is a cracking post, you have put in words the question that often comes in to my mind. Actually, all though my blogs are a mixture of humour, life and silly things there are occasionally posts that I know to be my true feelings, but I tend to disguise them.

    I only had the computer installed a few months after losing my wife and maybe became "hooked" on it for a while. The real way to treat blogs is, I suppose, as a private diary, but, as on my other blog, http://joebangles.blog.co.uk/ I have made several friends and e-mail are passed privately, I now find it hard to write private thoughts.

    Maybe it's like prayers, I don't believe in a God, but I say a prayer most nights, it's not to anyone but a way of speaking my thoughts and straitening them out in my mind.

  3. I write to collect the advertising money and hopefully retire early. If I'm lucky someday I might become a pundit like Barry G. and be a TV talking head.

I write blogs for humanity...to open their eyes...i want the world to see that's something is wrong...and that few people is controling masses with religion and politics...and constant wars....i want to spred love....cuz if people would feel love instead of fear...that would be a lovely place...but now all people are manipulated with fear and horror...(war on terror is always in our face)...it's no wonder dat world is so ugly...and with wars we are making it uglier...we must wake up and save the world...with pure love...donzcha agree
