Long life.

  As we get older our health deteriates wether we like it or not it seems to be some thing we can not avoid one way or another, our past life catches up on us.

 If we have not eaten well and been a bit anorexic we are likely to suffer bone disease and if we have been greedy eating every thing thats wrong we will suffer other problems. We can not win it seems whatever we do. 

 Few of us manage to get away with being like Buster of the Zimmers at a hundred still able to drink and smoke and be like one of the boys, but more and more people are living much longer and have some thing of an active life dealing with the problems they have and enjoying the simple life.
